The ERISA Fee Disclosure Committee

This committee maintains the fee disclosure standard ongoing.  Its members represent both of the communities that are vital to the success of ERISA retirement plans, namely plan sponsors and their service providers.  Members serve
two-year terms on a calendar based schedule.  IFLC believes that the different perspectives held by plan sponsors and retirement plan vendors are vital in maintaining a credible standard for determining the reasonableness of service providers' compensation.
